Synchronization issues

If you get synchronization problems, the following events are generated in the Windows Application event log (event source UserLock):

On the Backup server

  • Warning event 400: The Primary server is not available.
  • Error event 401: Check the description of the event to fix the problem.

On the Primary server

  • Error event 402: Check the description of the event to fix the problem.

To avoid synchronization problems, it is highly recommended that both clocks - i.e. on the Backup and the Primary servers - are synchronized.
