UserLock Frequently Asked Questions
Since Windows 10 has been updated to Build 1803, users can not log on to the computers on which the UserLock Desktop Agent is installed
This problem is caused by changes made to Windows 10 since Build 1803. We have created a new package to resolve this issue. Please download the latest version from our website. After that, please upgrade your UserLock installation with this version, then upgrade all installed Desktop UserLock agents (at least for Windows 10 Build 1803 machines).
If you are using an earlier version of UserLock (9.5, 9, 8.5 ...), please carefully fill out the technical support form at https://www.isdecisions.com/secure/support/request.aspx. We will give you instructions.
