How to enable verbose mode on agent logs through desktop console since UserLock 11.1
To enable verbose mode, select the machine and click on "Agent log Verbose" down the Quick access menu on the right side.
In case the option is not displayed, select Tools → Options (on the top right menu)
Select Computer commands, add "Agent log Verbose"
To export logs of the related machine from UserLock console, you can select "Get zipped log files" in the same menu. The zipped folder is localized %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\ISDecisions\UserLock\Logs
