Keyboard shortcuts
Use FileAudit function keys to check for updates, open log files, and run diagnostics for IS Decisions support.

F7 | Open advanced settings, which are reserved for IS Decisions support. |
These shortcuts open the FileAudit data folders and log files. They are useful when you collect logs for support or troubleshoot a service issue.

Press F12 to run the diagnostic tool. FileAudit generates a report at:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\ISDecisions\FileAudit\Diagnostic.txt
💡️ Tip
When IS Decisions support asks for diagnostic data, press F12 and attach the generated file.
