Error message "Exception 11 caught while trying to contact UserLock service"

This error occurs when the machine with the agent installed is not connected to the corporate network.

You can disable this error message for users by following these steps:

  • Click on "Agent Distribution"
  • In the quick access (right panel), click on Properties
  • In "Agent configuration" section, check the box “Do not display errors to the user”
