MSP Licensing Platform: Redesigned for how MSPs work

The MSP Licensing Platform has been redesigned from the ground up. Now, it's easier and faster to manage licensing across multiple clients, track active audited users accurately, and get the exact amount to invoice each client. 

The console has a new look and cleaner navigation. Find what you need faster, and act on it without extra clicks.

The dashboard now shows total licenses across all clients, per-client breakdowns, and active audited users, all in one view. No more switching between screens or piecing together data manually.

For each client account, the console now shows:

• All assigned licenses

• Active audited users within the billing period

• Their share of your monthly IS Decisions invoice, broken down for you

Export the data as CSV or PDF for your own invoicing workflow.

Keep a complete record of all IS Decisions invoices. Filter by month, client, or product. Export your full invoice history as a CSV whenever you need it.

Add new clients individually or in bulk and assign a license, all in one step. Less back-and-forth in the console, faster onboarding.

Monthly billing is now handled automatically via Stripe. Add or remove a payment method at any time, directly in the console: by card, ACH, or SEPA.

UserLock and FileAudit installers are now in the console's FAQ section. Deploy updates without switching between the IS Decisions portal and the console.
