Skills & Experience

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position

Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Based in our Biarritz HQ office the Inside Sales role provides guidance to our prospects and customers across the globe.

This position educates on the proper use and advantages of IS Decisions solutions to help secure commitments of approval and ensure successful product implementation.

The Inside Sales Team are responsible for all sales of IS Decisions solutions. Reporting to the Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling to qualify and progress new opportunities and prospects.
  • Uncover and understand customer requirements, present value-added solutions and negotiate to gain budget justification and approval.
  • Skilled use of screen sharing, online meeting and conference call technologies to demonstrate solution values and respond to customer needs.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales objectives.
  • Create, drive and manage pipeline opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with Technical Support Representatives to help secure commitments of approval.
  • Proficient knowledge of company solutions.

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Proven record of closing sales and a passion for over-achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in working opportunities with channel partners.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge and experience with CRM tools to effectively manage sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Highly proficient English language skills.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter who is always looking to improve.

Preferred

  • Technical background, background in Computer Science or related field.
  • Consultative, value-added sales experience selling to both SMB and large Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in Enterprise Software sales, preferably in the security market.

Windows System Administrator

Duty and Responsibilities

  • Participating in the administration of:
    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and NPS
    • Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server
  • Administering Hyper-V Servers and executing VM management tasks
  • Implementing backup and disaster recovery efforts and strategies
  • Supporting and improving our own products regarding Customers’ network integration

Skills & Experience

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience as System Administrator
  • Strong experience of Active Directory, Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Good experience of Microsoft Exchange
  • Highly Proficient English language skills
  • Strong problem solving skills

Preferred

  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, Windows Azure

Technical Support Specialist

Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting our Infrastructure and Security Management software solutions for Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.

You will support our business users, online community and the IS Decisions Sales Team with technical expertise on IS Decisions products and information security solutions.

You will take an important role in assisting the Company's Social Media Strategy:

  • By supporting and interacting with our online community offering technical solutions to community questions.
  • By encouraging product adoption and online advocacy through the demonstration of technical expertise and community-outreach efforts.

Technical Skills
