- Public pricing is based on the cost of a subscription license per active user.
- An active user is any user that connects to the machines or servers that you choose to audit and protect with the UserLock micro-agent.
- Your total number of users is the number of active users within a 30-day period.

### Does UserLock offer multi-year subscriptions?

UserLock’s licensing is offered on an annual subscription basis. Licenses include full technical support and all major and minor releases. Multi-year subscriptions are also available.

### How does the software count users?

UserLock counts licenses by the number of active users in the last 30 days. An active user is any user that connects to the machines or servers that you choose to audit and protect with the UserLock micro-agent.

### How many UserLock licenses do I need?

You will need a UserLock license for the users who will connect to machines (or a server) in a 30-day period.

### What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), bank wire, and SEPA transfers. In very specific cases where a card payment or bank transfer is not possible, you may request payment by check.

Yes, we offer a 20% discount to non-profit and educational organizations.
