Sales Policies

All IS Decisions products are available for sale directly from this site.

All products are offered subject to the terms of the End User License Agreement included with each product, and all sales are final. We offer fully functional demo versions of all our products which you may use to evaluate their function and suitability for your needs before purchase.

Currency

PLease note that all transactions are processed in Euros (except for online orders from USA).

Prices in dollars are mentionned for informational purpose only.

Order Processing

Orders normally require 1 business day to process.

For your protection and ours, each incoming order is reviewed by a member of our sales team before processing. This usually occurs within one business day of receipt of the incoming order. (Nights (Standard Time +0100 UTC), weekends, and holidays are not included in this estimate.)

Delivery and shipping

All IS Decisions products are delivered electronically.

If required, a physical support can be sent; please note that shipping fees will amount to approximately EUR 100 / USD 120.

VAT and Duties

All orders coming from outside of the European Union are exempt of VAT.

All orders from within the European Union* can also be VAT exempt (using your VAT number).

Any shipping fees we charge cover only shipping and handling. Any related VAT and duty costs are charged at the discretion of the importing country, and are the responsibility of the customer.

To place an online order you need a credit card, we accept MasterCard and Visa.
