FileAudit version 3.0 is available

The final release of FileAudit 3.0, the access monitoring solution for sensitive data edited by IS Decisions is now available.

Amongst the new features offered by FileAudit 3.0 we note:

• a brand new graphical interface allowing use either from its own console or via Windows explorer
• the ability to display access history in printable reports that can be scheduled to run automatically
• the ability to schedule automatic archiving of the access events occurring on one or more systems into a database for storage
• the ability to add display filters: accepted or denied access, type of access (read, write, delete, ...), user account, time frame, etc...
• quick access to the latest files/folders audited
• automatic configuration of the Windows audit on files/folders with default audit values
• elimination of all duplicated, irrelevant and pseudo events, rendering analysis a lot easier and sparing backup disk space
